High Intensity
You deliver high intensity daily personal activities: complex bowel care, enteral feeding, severe dysphagia, tracheostomy, catheter, ventilation, subcutaneous injections, complex wounds or epilepsy support.
Behaviour Support
You deliver behaviour support or use regulated restrictive practices: behaviour support plans, authorisation and consent, monthly reporting.
Business Extras
You want the business side covered too: quality improvement, strategy and growth, marketing and day-to-day administration.
Employment Essentials
You are taking on your first workers: employment agreement, letter of offer, position description, induction, code of conduct and training register.

"We're registering as a provider"
Start with the Core Library. It covers the certification audit areas end to end. Add the High Intensity or Behaviour Support module only if those supports are in your registration scope.
"We deliver SIL / high intensity / behaviour support"
SIL and mealtime documents are already inside the Core Library. High intensity and behaviour support are separate add-on modules. If you need both, the Complete Library is usually the better buy.
"I only need one or two documents"
