Scope
Employment and workforce documents for a sole trader or small provider taking on their first workers. This is a curated entry-point pack, not new content: 24 of the 27 documents are also in the NDIS Provider Core Library, two are in the Business Extras Pack and one is in the Independent Support Worker Verification Pack. All 27 are in the Complete NDIS Provider Document Library. If you already own the Core Library you already hold most of this pack. It covers workforce, HR and worker screening only. It is not a full Practice Standards document set, and it does not cover participant service delivery, incidents, complaints, medication, safeguarding or restrictive practices.
