1. DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a document has been accessed or downloaded.

2. COMPLIANCE WITH AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (ACL)
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in cases of:
• Major failure – for example, if the document cannot be accessed due to a system error.
• Incorrect files or delivery issues caused by Moreton Regional Support Services.
We are not required to provide refunds for:
• Change of mind.
• Incorrect selection.
• Failure to read product descriptions.
