NDIS Document Updates
NDIS documents go out of date. The rules changed materially within twelve months, so in July 2026 we ran a full-library audit: we re-checked every legal, clinical and NDIS reference against current official sources and corrected what needed correcting. Here is what changed.
Updated for the 2026 reforms
- Integrity and Safeguarding Act 2026
- NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27
- Payday superannuation changes
- Revised High Intensity skills descriptors
Current clinical and emergency guidance
- First-aid and choking protocols aligned to current ANZCOR guidance
- Prescriber-order and delegation controls on high intensity supports
- A redesigned weekly medication administration chart
New day-to-day recording tools
- Blood glucose, vital signs, continence, repositioning, sleep, stoma and seizure charts
- Mealtime management log and fluid intake
- Shift handover log and ABC behaviour chart
- Controlled drug (Schedule 8) register
- WHS hazard and near-miss form
Mapped to the Practice Standards
Each document is marked as required for audit, strongly recommended, or supporting evidence, so you know what an assessor is looking for. The Master Document Register and certification audit map are included.
Updates are provided as we make them, and every document should be reviewed before use.
These templates are general information, not legal advice. No template pack can guarantee registration or audit outcomes.
