This add-on service provides customisation of your purchased NDIS Provider Pack. Once purchased, you’ll receive a secure link to complete a Google Form. This form captures your business details, such as:
· Business name and trading name
· Team structure (if applicable)
· Key contact names and emails
· Policy-specific preferences (where relevant)
· Escalation points
· Contact information
· HR and Payroll information (if applicable)

· Logo and branding across all documents - we'll request these logos from you
· Business name, contact info, and basic structure
· Terminology adjustments to suit your organisational language
· Content tailored where applicable (e.g., reporting lines, role names, escalation pathways)
⚠️ Important:
Some documents (such as the Employee Welcome Pack) are highly specific to internal company culture and operations. While we will input your business information, it is your responsibility to review and amend any internal detail that cannot be standardised.
